Abts Equipment LLC currently has an opportunity for an experienced Service Technician to join the team.
Maintenance/Route Driver
Responsibilities:
- Deliver cleaning supplies and udder health products to customers.
- Diagnose, repair and replace/install parts as needed and when required.
- Organize and implement a preventative maintenance program and schedule to maximize the reliability and safety of all of our equipment.
- Establish standards, organize procedures and measure performance to ensure continuous improvement.
- Plan ahead chemical and supplies to prevent down time
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Communicates conditions of equipment by completing appropriate maintenance records, transferring knowledge of conditions and informing management of significant problems.
- Performs routine preventive maintenance procedures as per schedule.
- Accurate and timely completion of required schedule maintenance items
- Communicate and update all relevant parties of any issues or changes.
- Follows all environmental protocols as applicable.
- Follows all sanitation procedures and work instructions.

- Be able to work in milking parlor conditions.
- Ability to work a full day to get the job completed.
- Ability to use a tablet and understand apps.
- Will need to obtain a CDL with HAZ MAT endorsement.
- Strong work ethic is needed.
- Effective communication skills, interpersonal skills needed for working dairymen.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year, based on experience level
