Smart powerhouse for large farms
Juno Max
introduction
Fast, smart and efficient feed pushing
Proper feeding is crucial for healthy livestock and efficient farm management. Pushing feed so it’s always within reach at the feed fence lets cows eat whenever they want, which can lead to increased feed intake. Development of the revolutionary Juno Max feed pusher means a clever powerhouse has now arrived for large cattle farms. This Yellow Revolution solution is designed to push feed in multiple barns and feed alleys – it’s quick, smart and efficient. As a dairy or cattle farmer, you can rely on the Juno Max.
Features
Free navigation
Thanks to its free navigation, Juno Max not only calculates the best route for the task but can anticipate obstacles as well. You can also send Juno Max back to its charging station or to another barn.
One robot for all your barns
The Juno Max is designed for large farms with several barns and uneven farm yards. The feed pusher moves autonomously from barn to barn and can easily cope with slopes up to 20%.
Fast and safe
Juno Max moves about quickly, doing its work autonomously. If the stereo camera or laser scanner detects an obstacle, the feed pusher will automatically pause and calculate a new route. The soft bumper is an extra safety feature.

How Juno Max works
First, the layout of your farm is scanned in full. You then schedule the pushing times in the management system. Juno Max calculates the best route on the map and gets to work, pushing feed quickly and efficiently. Juno Max moves autonomously from barn to barn and then returns to the charging station to await its next feeding task.

Juno Max is designed for large farms, with several barns and feed alleys and with uneven farm yards. The feed pusher moves autonomously from barn to barn. The three large driven wheels, with active steering in the front, ensure effortless navigation: uneven surfaces and slopes up to 20% are child’s play for the pusher.

A stereo camera designed to perceive depth enables the pusher to calculate the volume of feed available at the fence. Using an app, you can see when feed runs out and gain an insight into feed consumption throughout the day.

You can check where Juno Max is, quickly edit a task or pause the feed pusher using a handy app. This way you have insight and control at all times. You can also look at the camera images, enter a new task or view the feed volume.

The entire farm is scanned beforehand with a handheld laser and the data is used to create a complete map. The installer records all barns and feed fences in the map and specifies the areas where the Juno Max can move about freely. The Juno Max works out each route itself. Installation at the farm involves setting up a charging station and any control cabinets needed at the barn door.
